• Instant Pot

Ingredients

• 2 cups rice rinsed and drained
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 pkg onion soup mix (optional)
• 3 cups vegetable broth or water
• dash of salt (optional)
• pepper season to taste

Instructions

• Put all those ingredients together in the instant pot.
• Press the rice button.
• Natural release or force release.
• Enjoy!
