Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs Beef Stew Meat
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- garlic salt
- onion powder
- seasoning salt
- black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 4 red potatoes (cubed)
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 10 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Add the olive oil to the instant pot and turn on the saute function. When the oil starts to sizzle add the meat and season.
- Cook the meat until Browned
- Add the beef broth to the instant pot and use a spoon to scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and other vegetables and tomato sauce.
- Close the lid and steam valve on the instant pot.
- Cook on Manual for 35 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes.
- Open lid then add the cornstarch and water for thickening.
