Product Review | Crofton Cold Brew Coffee System
Hi Frenns! I love iced coffee. But I’ll admit, I didn’t really know how to make it. I have tried every other way of making iced coffee and finally I came across this Crofton Cold Brew Coffee System and it made everything make sense!
In the past, I had tried to basically make a hot cup of coffee, sweeten it up, then add ice. That never really worked. Yes, even I have recipe mishaps. So I resigned myself to going to Dunkin Donuts for Dunkin Donuts iced coffee.
But with this cold brew coffee system- it does all of the work for you. I will admit that it takes at minimum 12 hours so this is definitely something to do the day or evening before if you want your iced coffee first thing in the AM. Making Iced Coffee has never been easier. I’m not saying you have to use this coffee system, I think any iced coffee maker could make the process easier.
I will admit when I first opened the box, I didn’t really know what to do. But I figured it out. Basically (after cleaning it) you want to do the following:
- Take out the center portion and pour 3/4 cups of ground coffee into the filter. You can use any coffee but I love the flavor of Ados .
- Pour 4 cups of water into the pitcher. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Or at least 12 hours.
- The next day prepare a cup of ice, pour out the coffee- add your creamer and sweetner to your taste.
- ENJOY!
