Harvesting your kale is super simple.

• First you go to the base of the leaf. The kind of kale I have it’s really easy to determine where the base is.
• Then with either your hand or some scissors remove the leaf from the main stem.
• Wash your bunch of kale or gather all of the leaves in a plastic bucket. I usually wash off anything outside before I bring it inside. It ensures that any lingering bugs OUTSIDE don't make it INSIDE
• Once inside, wash and clean your kale again.
• Enjoy your kale however it is that you want to enjoy them!
